Resyno does not use marketing analytics, advertising pixels, or remarketing.

Resyno uses necessary cookies and browser storage for authentication, security, billing, generated preview continuity, and core app operation, and stores preferences only when you choose them. The partner referral cookie is the only optional cookie, and Resyno sets it only with your consent.

Necessary: Supabase authentication and session cookies (names starting with sb-) keep you signed in and protect your session. They are set when you sign in and last up to 400 days unless you sign out. During sign-in a short-lived verifier cookie protects the sign-in redirect.

Necessary: a cookie named resyno_consent stores your cookie choice, the version of this policy you answered, and the time. It lasts 180 days.

Necessary, staff only: a cookie named __Host-resyno_admin_impersonation marks a read-only support session for Resyno staff. It expires after 30 minutes and is never set for customers.

Necessary: session storage, with a local storage fallback while you sign in, keeps a generated pass preview during the generate and create-pass flow. It is removed when the flow completes; an abandoned fallback copy stays in your browser until you clear its storage.

Preference: a cookie named sidebar_state remembers whether the app sidebar is expanded or collapsed. It is set only when you toggle the sidebar and lasts 7 days.

Preference: local storage under the key theme remembers the light or dark theme you choose in the app.

Optional, only with your consent: when you open a valid Reach Partner referral link and consent to partner attribution, Resyno sets an HttpOnly cookie named resyno_referral. It stores the referral code and click time for up to 30 days, uses SameSite=Lax, and is sent only to Resyno's configured cookie domain. When you sign up, the referral is recorded on your new workspace. Without your consent this cookie is never set. It does not contain your name or email address.

Stripe may set cookies or use its own storage on its own domain when you are redirected to Stripe Checkout or the Stripe Customer Portal.

Vercel or other infrastructure providers may use security, routing, or infrastructure cookies where applicable.

With your consent, we use the referral cookie only to attribute a new workspace to the partner whose link you followed, so that partner can earn a commission. We do not use it for advertising or remarketing.

Resyno asks for consent only when you arrive through a partner referral link, because that is the only optional cookie. You can choose Only necessary, Accept all, or Preferences, where partner attribution is off until you switch it on. Without consent no referral cookie is set and no referral is recorded.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through Cookie preferences in the website footer or on this page. Withdrawing deletes the referral cookie and stops future attribution; a referral that was already recorded for a workspace before you withdrew is kept for the partner program's administration.

If analytics, advertising, remarketing, or other optional tracking is ever added, Resyno will update this policy and ask for consent before using it.

Blocking necessary cookies may prevent login, billing, checkout, pass generation, or app features from working correctly.
